Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Financial Services in Boston. You will define the product vision, create the strategy, and drive the roadmap for digital FS products, collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

You will lead cross-functional, agile teams, conduct market research and user insights, and prioritize features with business value, ensuring successful integration with existing systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with portfolio management platforms and capital markets.
• Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders for requirements and roadmap alignment.
• Deep domain expertise in financial markets (Equity & Fixed Income) and trading lifecycle.
• Experience translating business needs into delivered product outcomes with engineering teams.
• Experience managing UAT cycles and investor sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FS digital products.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and business teams on roadmaps.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to integrate products into existing systems.
• Advocate for user-centric design and data-driven decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment with timely delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tech to drive improvements.
