Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Product Manager in New York to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital assets within major Digital Business Transformation engagements. You will partner with clients to define value-driven product strategies and drive measurable business outcomes in Asset Management, with a focus on Fixed Income and trading platforms.

Qualifications

• Asset Management knowledge across portfolio management, trading, confirmation & settlement.
• Understanding of the order and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence and Agile methodology.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across business and technology functions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of platforms/tools such as BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River Development or Bloomberg is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to frame business goals and define value-driven product strategies.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on asset management workflows, trading, and post-trade functions.
• Be the voice of the customer across cross-functional teams.
• Translate product vision into a clear, prioritized backlog of features.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and validate concepts through client research and testing.
• Build business cases and present to senior executives to influence prioritization.
• Lead delivery teams using Agile and Lean in 10–12 week increments.
• Establish client relationships and bring market knowledge in Asset Management - Fixed Income and trading platforms.
• Mentor and guide product analysts and junior team members.
