Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Boston seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products that drive business impact. You will work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experiences.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate to develop roadmaps, conduct market research, and prioritize features based on value and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management platforms and capital markets.
• Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and investors for requirements and roadmaps.
• Deep domain expertise in Equity and Fixed Income and trading lifecycle.
• Experience translating business requirements into delivered outcomes with engineering.
• Experience managing UAT cycles and securing investor sign-off.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance product delivery.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions (KPIs/OKRs).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; sprint planning and release management.
• Buy-side or sell-side background is a plus.
• Product management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) a plus.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tech.
