Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the asset management industry, either distribution or investment focused.
• Team player who is intellectually curious about the investment industry with problem-solving ability.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism, both written and verbal.
• Project management and cross-organization collaboration with ability to execute on deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to work with market data tools (Morningstar, Simfund, eVestment, Preqin) and firm AI suite.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team initiatives and develop cross-platform presentations for senior management.
• Develop proficiency in JPMAM products, competitors, and industry trends.
• Understand products with investment specialists to craft messaging and analytics.
• Train client advisors and articulate product value propositions.
• Contribute to new product initiatives by analyzing the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate on pricing reviews and materials for Product Steering Committees and Boards.
• Present competitive landscape and leverage technology to increase efficiency.
