Client Asset Management in Chicago, IL seeks an Asset Management Operations Analyst/Associate for a 6-month onsite assignment. You will join the Alternative Investment Client Services Oversight team to coordinate service strategies and ensure accurate trade-flow reporting to portfolio managers.

The role focuses on overseeing investor transactions, evaluating trade waivers, coordinating investor trade settlements, and supporting vendor relationships with fund administrators and transfer agents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investor transactions in private equity or hedge funds.
• Evaluate trade waivers and correction requests from sales teams.
• Oversee investor trade settlement.
• Assist in oversight of vendor relationships (fund administrators, transfer agents).
• Oversee and coordinate resolution of product servicing issues and errors.
• Implement process improvements/enhancements and strengthen internal controls.
• Improve collection, dissemination and maintenance of product data attributes.
• Lead ad hoc projects within the Shareholder Services group.
