Job summary

LT Technology Services is seeking a Mechanical Engineer – Asset Management to develop and maintain asset information, BoM, PM plans, and reliability initiatives for industrial facilities. You will support CMMS platforms such as Maximo and SAP PM to improve equipment reliability.

You will conduct asset walkdowns, review drawings, and collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure accurate master data and structured asset hierarchies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Management
• Experience with CMMS platforms
• Ability to develop and maintain asset registers and BOMs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset information and master data
• Create and validate asset hierarchies for CMMS deployment
• Develop PM plans and reliability improvement initiatives
• Prepare Maximo/SAP-ready asset upload templates
• Coordinate with maintenance, reliability, operations and engineering teams
