Qualifications

Travel is required.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise across Asset Management disciplines: Finance, Rental, Maintenance, Procurement, Properties.
Learn basic leadership and management skills.
Learn concepts in supply chain management.
Learn continuous improvement and process controls.
Learn concepts of negotiation, competitive bidding, and procurement.
Learn ERP structure and execution.
Learn Voice of the Customer concepts.
Partner with operational teams to add value to the company.
Support strengthening Asset Management, Properties Management and construction-support entities.
