Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Can-do attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Asset Management disciplines including Finance, Rental, Maintenance, Procurement, and Properties Management.
• Learn basic leadership and management skills.
• Learn concepts around supply chain management.
• Learn concepts around continuous improvement and process controls.
• Learn concepts regarding negotiation, competitive bidding, and procurement.
• Learn ERP structure and execution.
• Learn concepts around Voice of the Customer.
• Partner with operational teams to add value to the company.
• Understand how Asset Management and Properties Management support The Cianbro Companies.
