• Perform quality take-offs from design documents.
• Compile and reconcile data from project documents and offering materials.
• Analyze building component replacement cost data.
• Organize assessment workflows for asset professionals.
• Perform basic engineering calculations under supervision.
• Support local project engineering with technical requests.
