Seeking a candidate pursuing an Engineering or Information Systems degree with 20–40 hours weekly; strong communication and GIS/database skills are valued. This is a temporary student program emphasizing learning and practical experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering or Information Systems degree with graduation expected in May 2027 or later.
• Able to work 20-40 hours per week, depending on the season.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and effective communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with database management and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Responsibilities

• Assist the department with various tasks such as:
• Equipment testing database administration
• Asset condition assessment process, including data gathering and analysis
• Asset data integrity, including improving quality and availability of data
• Outage/equipment failure coding/trending
• Procedure development/review
• Assist with other duties or assignments as needed
• General shadowing and assisting with maintenance engineers and planners
