Job summary

CW Financial Services LLC seeks an Asset Management Intern to support reporting and analysis tasks within our real estate platform in Washington, DC. You will assist with CREFC reporting, property appraisals, and lease-commission reviews while gaining hands-on experience in financial modeling using Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in finance, real estate, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill out CREFC reports accurately and timely.
• Assist in property appraisals and financial analysis (income statements, balance sheets, occupancy, vacancies).
• Review lease agreements for leasing commissions and rent status.
• Research market demand, tenants, rents, and building condition.
• Collaborate with asset management to address deferred maintenance costs.
• Use Excel extensively for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Leverage CAMS for asset management tasks.
