RETS Associates is recruiting an Associate to join the Asset Management team in Washington, DC, for a leading real estate private equity firm. The role emphasizes building detailed Excel models, capital structure analysis, and investor reporting.

2–4 years CRE asset management or analysis required; degree with GPA 3.5+ preferred. Ideal candidates will have advanced Excel skills, ability to model from scratch (modeling test), and optionally Argus.

Formación

• 2–4 years of CRE asset management or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; GPA 3.5+.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to build models from scratch (modeling test).
• Argus experience is a plus.
• Not an entry-level role; launchpad for a CRE career.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain detailed Excel models, including capital structure and waterfall calculations.
• Create sensitivity models to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in leasing and development calls to inform asset strategy.
• Prepare quarterly valuations and investor reporting.
