Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking a Business Analyst to provide reporting, analytics, and business support for Transmission and Distribution assets. You will analyze asset and maintenance data, develop dashboards and reports, and prepare presentations and executive summaries to support asset management decisions.

Responsibilities include analytics across the asset fleet, developing training materials, and supporting portfolio planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience supporting asset management or engineering teams with reporting, analytics, and presentations.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into business requirements and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset, maintenance, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Prepare clear presentations and data visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Create training materials and process documentation for asset management programs.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholder requests while supporting travel and special projects.
