Oracle Fusion Asset Management Implementation
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Asset Management (Maintenance Cloud) implementations.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Configure Oracle Asset Management modules and processes.
- Support testing, data migration, training, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Asset Lifecycle Management
- Configure and manage:
- Asset Registration
- Asset Hierarchies
- Asset Relationships
- Asset Classification
- Critical Asset Tracking
- Define asset lifecycle processes from acquisition through retirement.
- Support commissioning and handover activities for EPC projects.
Maintenance Management
- Configure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Support:
- Maintenance Work Orders
- Maintenance Schedules
- Inspection Programs
- Asset Health Monitoring
- Maintenance Compliance
- Improve asset reliability and operational performance.
EPC Project Asset Handover
- Support transition of assets from project construction to operations.
- Define asset capitalization and commissioning processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate asset master data creation.
- Facilitate construction-to-maintenance handover workflows.
Supply Chain & Inventory Integration
- Integrate Asset Management with:
- Oracle SCM Cloud
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Spare Parts Management
- Ensure maintenance materials are properly planned and tracked.
- Optimize inventory availability for maintenance operations.
Finance & Fixed Assets Integration
- Work closely with Finance teams to integrate with Oracle Financials.
- Support:
- Capital Asset Tracking
- Asset Capitalization
- Fixed Assets Integration
- Depreciation-related processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting and asset governance standards.
Reliability & Performance Management
- Analyze asset performance and maintenance trends.
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Support KPI monitoring including:
- Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
- Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
- Asset Availability
- Maintenance Backlog
- Equipment Utilization
- Develop dashboards and operational reports.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop:
- OTBI Reports
- BI Publisher Reports
- Maintenance Dashboards
- Asset Performance Analytics
- Provide actionable insights to operations and leadership teams.
Testing & Support
- Create functional specifications and test scripts.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
- Train maintenance planners, engineers, and end users.
Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 a year
