ISS is seeking an Asset Management Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve our Asset Management System (AMS) in line with ISO 55001 and best practice. The role provides assurance across governance, compliance, assurance and continuous improvement to maximise value from asset investments while maintaining strong control and governance.

The successful candidate will deliver executive briefings, dashboards and reports, oversee audits, and act as subject matter expert for AMS, ISO 55001

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading asset management assurance activities.
• Proven ability to implement ISO 55001 aligned AMS.
• Strong governance, policy and controls development.
• Experience planning audits and management reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Travel readiness with valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, maintain and continually improve the Asset Management System (AMS) in line with ISO 55001 and organisational objectives.
• Establish and maintain asset management governance frameworks, policies, procedures, standards and controls.
• Lead assurance programmes to assess the effectiveness, compliance and maturity of asset management processes and systems.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, management reviews and maturity assessments.
• Monitor compliance with asset management standards and requirements, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead corrective and preventative actions, ensuring identified issues are effectively resolved.
• Produce performance dashboards, management reports and executive briefings to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as the subject matter expert for asset management systems, governance, assurance and ISO 55001 compliance.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 55001.
• Experience working within asset management frameworks and compliance environments.
• Proven experience conducting audits and assurance activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering training and supporting operational teams.
• Background working within asset management environments.
• Ability to identify, assess and manage risks and improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present information clearly to senior stakeholders.
