Sagard Real Estate is seeking an Associate in Asset Management to support performance of a diversified real estate portfolio. You will help implement business plans, perform quarterly valuations and prepare asset management reports, driving informed decisions with variance analysis and detailed financial modeling.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial real estate, strong Excel and Argus Enterprise proficiency, and collaboration with leasing, financing and management teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management preferred.
• Exposure to acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, deal structuring and underwriting.
• Experience with financing, compliance oversight and complex ownership structures.

• Support asset business plans and quarterly valuations for a real estate portfolio.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly asset management reports with variance analysis.
• Maintain Argus Enterprise models and assist in budgeting, reforecasting, and capital planning.
