Jamestown is recruiting for an Asset Management Associate in our San Francisco office. The Associate will support Asset Managers in maximizing real estate value by developing and executing business plans on assigned projects.

This role combines advisory and execution work and requires strong organization and timely responsiveness. Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years in asset management, solid real estate financial analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel and Argus; ability to navigate complex

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of asset management experience.
• Proficiency in real estate financial analysis and advanced Excel modeling.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus for portfolio assets.
• Report on property performance and evaluate quarterly appraisals.
• Produce annual strategic business plans and budgets with cashflow projections.
• Assist with lease analyses and negotiations for prospective tenants.
• Evaluate value-add opportunities and support Investment Committee memoranda.
