You will work with cross-functional teams including acquisitions, development, capital markets, and leasing.

The role emphasizes quantitative financial modeling, asset performance analysis, and reporting, with collaboration across portfolio management and property teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate or Finance environment.
• Proven passion for real estate and building a career on the principal side.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for asset management, including valuations and cash management.
• Work with leasing teams to analyze and negotiate new deals.
• Conduct market research with data providers and brokers for lease/sale comps.
• Prepare presentation materials and proposals with written and graphic requirements.
• Assist with annual budgeting and reforecasting with property teams.
• Support asset business plan execution with internal and external partners.
• Manage refinancing and disposition activities as needed.
• Track capital projects with design/construction teams.
