Jamestown is recruiting for an Asset Management Associate in our San Francisco office. The Associate will support Asset Managers in maximizing real estate value by developing and executing business plans on assigned projects.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of asset management experience (acquisitions or dispositions).
• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and Argus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus as directed for existing portfolio assets.
• Report on property performance and evaluate quarterly appraisals.
• Produce annual strategic business plans and budgets with property teams.
• Assist with lease analyses and negotiations for prospective tenants.
• Evaluate feasibility of value-add projects and support capital transactions.
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and review governing documents.
• Conduct market research, including lease/sales comps and maps.
• Coordinate bids with vendors and accompany senior professionals on asset visits.
