Qualifications

• 2-3 years of real estate or financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investment and property performance to preserve & increase value.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling related to asset management initiatives including leasing, asset repositioning, and improvements to operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with investor relations for quarterly reporting and accurate investor communications.
• Collaborate with property management teams to drive asset performance within the approved budget and business plan.
