The BAM Companies in Indianapolis seeks an Associate, Asset Management to work with the Vice President and drive asset plans for the BAM portfolio. You will perform financial analysis, monitor performance, and support investor reporting across assets.

A successful candidate will adapt to new challenges, communicate across levels, and contribute to growth while maintaining alignment with budgets and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant real estate or financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, able to lead analyses and drive change.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; familiarity with AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor investment and property performance to preserve and increase value.
• Perform rigorous financial analysis and modeling for asset management initiatives.
• Research and implement innovative strategies to drive portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with investor relations for accurate quarterly reporting.
• Work with property management to align asset plans with budgets and turnaround underperforming assets.
• Review loan agreements and ensure compliance; conduct site inspections and market analysis.
