Duties include reviewing financial statements, loan covenants, market data, and interacting with external parties; the role requires strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reviews financial statements, loan covenants, market and economic data for securitized real estate to determine economic/compliance impact.
• Determines an equity risk category and oversees assigned portfolios.
• Reviews and processes customer inquiries while adhering to established compliance procedures.
• Monitors and reports on watch list assets.
• Interacts with external parties including rating agencies, special servicers, investors and 17G-5 providers.
• Interacts with internal parties.
• Assesses property inspections for watch lists determinations.
