We're working with a top-tier real estate investment firm seeking a Associate to support a high-impact hybrid role across asset management, acquisitions, and development.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–7 years in commercial real estate finance, preferably in structured finance or asset-level underwriting
• Advanced Excel + ARGUS Enterprise proficiency
• Ability to build models from scratch (not just review)
• Deep experience modeling waterfalls, promote structures, and refinancing/acquisition scenarios
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter mindset — thrives in fast-paced, lean environments
• Experience with large-scale, commercial asset classes
• Exposure to early-phase development modeling and market research
