The Asset Management and GAAP Specialist serves as a member of a specialized team. This role performs high-level accounting duties using GAAP accounting standards and will become the subject matter expert responsible for asset management and GAAP financial reporting. To succeed in this position, incumbents should have defined leadership skills, show personal initiative, and remain flexible to changing business needs. Qualifications We’re Looking For
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience in accounting/financial record-keeping.
  • Experience preparing full accrual basis of accounting financial statements that comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with an enterprise resource planning system such as FI$Cal, PeopleSoft, etc.
  • Experience with and ability to provide leadership and work in a team-based, collaborative environment that supports and promotes a diverse workforce.
