Our client is a High Growth Private Equity Real Estate Asset Manager seeking to add an Asset Management Analyst to their team of 20+ professionals! This open role is well suited for a professional with 1-2 years of experience, responsible for DCF modeling, diligence and valuations, financial analysis, property deck presentation, and underwriting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities.
• Analyze company financial performance, attribution analysis, and create detailed models.
• Present risk assessments and diligence findings to management and the Investment Committee.
• Coordinate transaction execution and deal closing processes with Senior Management/Board of Directors.
• Prepare investor communications, including financial forecasts, reports, and estimates.
• Support acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing Teams.
• Oversee back-testing of investment analytical frameworks and cash flow forecasts.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Advisory Consulting, Valuations, Research, Private Equity, Real Estate, or Banking.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Top academic pedigree.
• Experience in Corporate Development, M&A, or Transaction Advisory.
• Advanced technical skills with strong quantitative and qualitative abilities.
