DLC Management Corp. is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support day-to-day analysis, reporting, and cross-department collaboration on a portfolio of open-air retail centers.

You will work with the AM team and other departments to produce meaningful insights and accurate financial projections. The role emphasizes Excel modeling, Argus usage, and delivering clear, data-driven presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to forecast asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Produce written reports on operations and performance of real property assets.
• Provide analytical support for periodic and ad-hoc reporting (asset reviews, portfolio metrics, loan performance).
• Update tracking tools and systems to monitor investment returns, distributions, leasing, and capital activity.
• Assist with modeling property-level cash flows in Argus and Excel.
• Support annual budgets and reforecasts.
