As a facilities professional, you understand that accurate asset information, strong stakeholder coordination, and disciplined planning are essential when supporting installation lifecycle management. We need an experience d facilities spe cia list who can apply analytical skill, technical judgment, and proactive communication to strengthen asset management workflows for the Marine Corps.
On our team, you’ll support installation asset management by evaluating real property portfolios to ensure alignment and compliance with existing infrastructure standards in order to inform maintenance, planning, and investment decisions. You’ll help maintain real property asset inventories, support the integration of updated field information into enterprise systems, and coordinate with Public Works and planning and engineering teams to ensure asset records reflect current conditions and operational requirements. You’ll also assist with preparing real property asset- related summaries, including tracking changes, supporting requirements validation, and helping align asset information with planning needs across the installation.
Your ability to interpret real property asset data, collaborate with installation stakeholders, and support structured facility management processes will improve decision‑making, enhance asset accuracy, and strengthen long‑term installation readiness. Knowledge of facility real property lifecycle management practices, asset documentation workflows, or installation planning concepts
Ability to interpret facility real property asset information, field conditions, or planning inputs and integrate them into structured documentation
Ability to coordinate with Public Works and installation stakeholders to support real property asset documentation, verification, or planning activities
Ability to use facilities or asset management tools such as Excel, GIS platforms, data visualization dashboards, or SharePoint documentation systems
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience supporting facilities management, asset management, installation lifecycle workflows, or infrastructure planning, or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience supporting facilities management, asset management, installation lifecycle workflows, or infrastructure planning
Experience supporting MCICOM, MCIPAC, NAVFAC, or DoD installation real property asset management or facilities organizations
Experience performing complex data analysis and data quality and compliance assessments
Experience developing and tracking met rics
Experience with technical report writing to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership
Experience with Marine Corps real property and facilities management tools such as iNFADS, eProjects / AMS, PAX, BUILDER, GEOFidelis, Maximo, or similar Navy or DoW systems and tools
Experience developing data visualizations with tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field preferred ; Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or Facilities Management a plus
Facilities or Project Management Certification s such as CFM or PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals' particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
