About the Role :

As the Asset Management Associate, you will be responsible for supporting joint venture management by coordinating lease approvals and compiling financial reports. Additionally, you will assist with financial reviews for tenants by analyzing financial statements and ensuring the timely collection of necessary documents.

What You Will Do:
Joint venture management support:
  • Draft lease summaries and coordinate with legal and leasing teams to ensure timely approval of joint venture deals.
  • Collect and compile monthly and quarterly reports, including occupancy and budget analysis, and liaise with the accounting department to address financial inquiries

Financial review assistance for potential and existing tenants

  • Analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Ensure the collection of all necessary financial documents.
  • Communicate with the leasing team regarding any missing or outstanding documents.

The compensation for this position is determined based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the role. Final salary offers will be discussed during the interview process and will reflect the candidate's skills and the company's compensation structure.

Salary range is $66,560 - $77,000 plus 10% bonus potential

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field preferred
  • Relevant background in commercial leasing is required
  • Proficient with Excel is a must
