Opportunity and Position Summary:
This role is part of the Core and Value-Add (“CVA”) platform, which includes both funds and separate accounts with asset strategies ranging from core to value-add to ground-up development. This role will work on a collaborative team directly supporting Vice President(s) on target markets and will work closely with the Asset, Portfolio Management, and Acquisition Teams. The focus of this role will be on a portfolio of Industrial Outdoor Storage assets, an exciting niche property sector with near-term growth at Stockbridge. Assets in this portfolio cover U.S. markets West of Colorado. There is a lot of room for growth and development for the right candidate! This is both a qualitative and quantitative position, strong math and written skills are necessary.

Total Rewards:
Competitive.The base pay scale for this positionis $95,000 to $115,000 annually. Stockbridge’s base pay scale depends on geographic location, business line, years of experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. A discretionary annual bonus is also included in addition to base pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and STD & LTD insurance.
