Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking an Asset Maintenance Tech II in Muskego, WI. The role focuses on servicing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment, leading inventory control, and mentoring junior technicians.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and forklift or welding capabilities. The position supports a Monday– Friday schedule with potential overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of equipment maintenance or mechanical repair experience.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment and ensure units are rental-ready.
• Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for quality assurance and document check sheets.
• Manage work orders with parts and labor details.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures.
• Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
