Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and direct work programs across asset maintenance.
• Manage the District Asset Maintenance (AM) program and coordinate contract staff.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical assistance and coordinate emergency management readiness.
• Prepare, review, and manage AMPERs, evaluations, and contract actions.
