Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Assistant Project Manager to oversee asset maintenance operations on roadway projects in Fort Pierce, FL.

The role reports to the Project Manager and involves coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for a new AM/O&M contract with government clients. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in project management or leadership, strong communication skills, and a background in engineering or construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in project management or team leadership.
• Engineering or construction background preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the state up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset maintenance projects and field operations.
• Oversee project office and field crews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client reports and QA/QC tasks.
• Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, and project planning.
• Support PM in communications and client relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
