Switch is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at 6600 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO. You will supervise warehouse staff, ensure accurate receiving, storage, packing, shipping, and return-to-inventory processes, and maintain asset records with internal teams.

You will promote a safe, organized warehouse environment, drive inventory accuracy, and support client projects and events. Strong leadership, Excel proficiency, and attention to detail are essential.

• Oversee inventory control, receiving, packing, shipping, and return-to-inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and direct warehouse employees to ensure daily priorities, project deadlines, quality standards, and safety expectations are met.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, managing assets throughout the full warehouse lifecycle.
• Establish efficient inventory management based on asset utilization and space utilization.
• Maintain and audit inventory records, asset status, location, condition, and ownership.
• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
