Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university.
• Preference may be given to candidates with a major in public or business administration, accounting, communications or related field.
• Preference for strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage state-owned property and track fixed assets.
• Reconcile inventory records in wvOasis and the department’s inventory system.
• Oversee counting, data entry, physical inventories, and asset transfers/retirements.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistics for assets; support Records Retention.
