Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a data analyst to perform complex data analysis in support of technology asset management within the IT department. You will assess business practices, analyze data, and prepare technical reports to support asset management initiatives.

Responsibilities include onboarding software/hardware assets, maintaining asset records, data quality assurance, reconciliation, and end-of-support planning, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts on special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years analytics experience or 8 years with HS diploma.
• Experience with CMDB and the CSDM framework.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification with CMDB and ITSM knowledge.
• Hands-on CMDB tools: CMDB Workspace, CMDB Health, IRE.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis to identify factors affecting asset management tracking and reporting.
• Provide operational support by responding to inquiries and streamlining daily workflows.
• Develop strategies to achieve company and department goals using data-driven specifications.
• Produce reports and dashboards, conveying patterns and areas for improvement.
