MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, seeks a Customer Success Manager for Asset Intelligence to help industrial customers adopt asset intelligence solutions. You’ll partner with operators and IT leaders to integrate live equipment data, connect OT systems, and ensure measurable ROI from predictive maintenance.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to shape how customers use Asset Intelligence and realize value across their operations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Customer Success or similar in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts with complex implementations.
• Familiar with industrial maintenance, IoT sensors, and OT data sources.
• Able to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI.
• Strong communication, training, and executive-facing presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor and build deep customer relationships focused on predictive maintenance.
• Define success metrics, monitor ROI, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Educate customers with product demonstrations and best-practice guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive value and roadmap feedback.
• Monitor portfolio health, segment customers, and develop proactive churn-mitigation strategies.
• Provide customer feedback to Product/Engineering on data integration and feature requests.
