Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Asset Forfeiture Unit attorneys participate in investigations to identify assets tied to federal crimes and assist prosecutors in forfeitures.
• Litigate assets in civil actions, including handling third-party claims of ownership of assets forfeited from the defendant.
• Responsibilities will increase and become more complex as training and experience progress.
