Job summary

Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) is a vertically integrated self-storage owner, operator, and developer with HQ in York, PA. The Asset & Facilities Manager will lead asset management, capital projects, and maintenance across the self-storage portfolio, reporting to the VP of Operations and coordinating with operations, acquisitions, vendors, and contractors.

The role demands strong organization, budgeting, and communication skills, with regular travel (50-60%) across the Moove In Self Storage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related experience required.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of assets from acquisition through disposition.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate due diligence and evaluate condition and capital needs.
• Coordinate with leadership, operations, acquisitions, vendors and contractors to ensure project execution.
• Provide updates to senior management on progress, budget and capital requirements.
