Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking an Asset Supervisor to oversee the tracking, movement, and maintenance of the company’s equipment. You will ensure accurate records, coordinate logistics, and support operational readiness to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, and Finance to improve asset visibility, implement process improvements, and provide reporting for informed planning and decision-making across the Permian Basin operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• 3–5+ years in asset management or related field.
• Experience with asset management systems, GPS tracking platforms, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking and management of company-owned and leased equipment, ensuring accurate records of asset locations, deployment status, utilization, and availability.
• Maintain accountability for equipment throughout its lifecycle, including deployment, transfers, maintenance, and returns.
• Coordinate equipment transportation, hotshot deliveries, and relocations to support field operations and minimize downtime.
• Partner with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure equipment is available and deployed according to business priorities.
• Oversee installation, monitoring, and maintenance of GPS tracking devices and telematics systems.
• Leverage tracking technology to improve asset visibility, monitor utilization, and support accountability.
• Track equipment repairs, coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors, and monitor repair timelines.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up to return equipment to service as efficiently as possible.
• Maintain accurate registration, ownership, lease, and compliance documentation for company equipment.
