Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. seeks an Asset Supervisor in Texas to manage company-owned and leased equipment lifecycle, from deployment to returns. You will coordinate logistics, oversee GPS/telematics, and drive process improvements to boost asset visibility and uptime.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Finance to ensure accurate records, timely repairs, and compliant documentation, supporting operational readiness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management systems and GPS tracking is required.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration across departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking and management of company-owned and leased equipment, ensuring accurate records of locations, status, utilization and availability.
• Coordinate equipment transportation, hotshot deliveries, and relocations to minimize downtime.
• Oversee GPS tracking devices and telematics systems installation, monitoring and maintenance for asset visibility.
• Track repairs, coordinate with maintenance and external vendors, monitor timelines.
• Maintain registration, ownership, lease and compliance documentation and sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Prepare reports on asset availability, utilization, repair status and inventory levels; identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a focal point between Operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Finance for asset-related activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to asset tracking procedures, documentation and reporting.
