Job summary

The position emphasizes supervising maintenance staff, scheduling inspections, and driving electrical system reliability while maintaining MSHA/OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Mining and/or oilfield experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Electrical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise employees in the maintenance department.
• Interview for maintenance positions.
• Ensure operational efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems through timely inspections and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA/OSHA and Company safety regulations and standards.
• Review, approve and prioritize work requests for mechanical/electrical repairs and all safety and work permits.
• Troubleshoot and repair any piece of machinery to ensure it works properly and is safe for employees to use.
• Plan, schedule and execute maintenance projects and programs.
• Lead a technical team through mentoring, coaching and leadership.
• Participate in performance discussions and corrective action.
• Preferred experience with slurry equipment, conveyors, drying and screening.

How You Will Make an Impact:

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the plant’s maintenance planning and reliability. The Maintenance Manager will lead, train and mentor the maintenance team ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:
