Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater LTD is seeking a Data and Asset Management Specialist at East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT. The role coordinates, implements and manages master data to support Asset Management and Planned Maintenance, providing technical system expertise and data governance across the asset lifecycle.

You will collaborate with maintenance personnel and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance and continuous improvement, including reporting, KPI governance, and process

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent mining experience.
• Experience with asset construction and operational readiness.
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and manage master data for Asset Management and Maintenance.
• Standardize data inputs for reporting, KPIs, and governance.
• Collaborate with site maintenance to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Support planning/scheduling processes and work orders for maintenance.
