Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Asset & Data Steward to support the U.S. Development team, ensuring asset data and documentation are accurate, complete, accessible, and maintained throughout the restaurant lifecycle.

You will establish data standards, strengthen Development processes, and partner with business and system owners to resolve information gaps across new builds, replacements, remodels, and asset actions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data stewardship, document management, business systems, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain large volumes of data and documentation across multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to data accuracy and usability.
• Experience documenting business processes and creating SOPs, process maps, user guides, or training materials.
• Resourceful, collaborative problem-solver who can manage shifting priorities and coordinate across functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with databases, reporting tools, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage U.S. Development asset records, files, and repositories across new builds, replacements, remodels, and other asset actions.
• Establish and apply scalable data-quality standards, naming conventions, required fields, and lifecycle controls.
• Lead routine audits and resolve data/documentation issues with clear steps and ownership.
• Own and improve asset-information handoffs at key Development milestones.
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs, process maps, user guides, and training resources.
