Job summary

Crown Castle invites a Data Steward (P3) to ensure core data, including contracts and orders, is accurate and aligned across systems. You will provide data and analytics support via reports, dashboards, and interim solutions to enable trusted reporting and informed decisions.

You will partner with Assets, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to maintain data integrity, drive governance standards, and support scalable growth across the Tower business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with working in data governance or business intelligence.
• High degree of initiative and capacity to lead multiple priorities of significant scope.
• Ability to create/ develop reports with particular attention given to detail and accuracy.
• Skillful in communicating and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize available coding and development tools to create reports, dashboards, and interim business solutions.
• Develop and deploy reporting and analysis that is accurate, complete, and properly summarized to aid in management of business and management decision making.
• Analyze large amounts of data, investigate and research anomalies. Work with department and/or functional teams to correct issues when identified.
• Provide input to data quality issue prioritization and remediation plans.
• Interpret and implement Data Governance processes, policies, business rules, data quality rules, data definitions, data classifications, metadata, etc.
• Ensure adherence to data management standards and data quality.
• Identify and drive resolution to data issues and manage resolution.
• Perform audits to ensure data quality processes and policies are followed and identify data-related process improvement opportunities.
• Enhance and maintain data catalog.
• Support management in decision making process by delivering a diverse range of solutions to business problems.
