Trescal is a premier calibration, repair and asset services provider in the U.S., seeking an Asset Coordinator for the Dallas, TX location. You will manage instrument status in the customer database, forecast project needs, and handle work orders while coordinating with clients to ensure timely service.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, strong communication, and problem-solving within a team-driven culture that values integrity and quality.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher/equivalent military training.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication including written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving mindset; attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple productivity apps.

Responsibilities

  • Control the status of instruments in the customer’s database and manage tracking of instrumentation.
  • Provide logistics management, calibration resource tracking, scheduling and forecasting of project needs.
  • Manage inventory within the reservations system.
  • Enter/Create work orders.
  • Coordinate with customer based on needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems.
  • Physically inventory client assets.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Asset Coordinator to join our team in the Dallas, TX location.

Responsibilities

  • Apply comprehensive inventory management knowledge to provide logistics management, calibration resource tracking, scheduling and forecasting of project needs.
  • Manage inventory within the reservations system
  • Enter/Create work orders
  • Coordinate with customer based on needs?
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems.
  • Physically inventory client assets.
Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree or higher/equivalent Military training or previous experience in inventory management or related fields
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Apple: Pages, Numbers and Keynote
