Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an Asset Control Analyst to help manage cylinder tracking data across multiple sites, including Danbury, CT. The role focuses on data integrity, ERP system updates, and process improvement to support accurate order-to-cash workflows.

You will collaborate with field teams, document SOPs, and prepare KPI reports. A preferred undergraduate degree with 2–4 years' experience and strong Excel skills are expected, along with willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Resolve data discrepancies and perform adjustments in the cylinder tracking program and JD Edwards.
• Document best practices and SOPs to improve clarity and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve cylinder tracking processes.
• Maintain data integrity within the cylinder tracking system.
• Provide support on cylinder tracking program, handheld devices, and JD Edwards implementation and administration.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure compliance with cylinder tracking requirements.
• Create and deliver KPIs to operations regarding cylinder tracking compliance.
• Conduct physical cylinder audits at customer sites and report results.
• Manage cylinder balances within JD Edwards and tracking program.
• Support order-to-cash processes and system interactions.

• Create and deliver key performance metrics to operations regarding compliance with the cylinder tracking program
• Perform physical cylinder audits at customer sites, including preparation, site visits, cylinder counts, and reporting results
• You will manage and resolve cylinder balances within JD Edwards and the cylinder tracking program
• Understand and support order to cash business processes and system interactions
