Responsibilities

• Support new asset-based deal opportunities with an analysis of capital structure, borrowing base, credit profile, market comparables, and industry research
• Develop targeted prospecting lists; join Senior Transactors in client and prospect meetings to develop and sustain enduring relationships
• Assist in the creation of pitch materials; screen opportunities; propose appropriate structures; work with Underwriting to green light transactions; draft and negotiate term sheets with clients; coordinate with legal counsel
• Interface with banker coverage and other partners to coordinate execution of transactions and meet deal timelines
• Demonstrate sound business and credit judgment when working with internal teams
• Maintain strong attention to detail and meet deadlines
