Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, etc.).
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiry calls and assist with scheduling assessments or triage.
• Ensure assessments by qualified professionals and screen for emergencies.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate care with clinical teams.
• Explain treatment plans to patients and families to foster acceptance and adherence.
• Manage administrative tasks related to admissions and insurance precertification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT, RN).
• Valid driver’s license, good MVR, and proof of insurance if using own vehicle.
• Proficiency in typing and keyboard use.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, with strong assessment skills.
