Job summary

Compass Health Network in Rolla, MO seeks an Assessment Psychologist to lead psychological assessments across the lifespan, using norm-referenced testing and clinical interviews. You’ll translate findings into actionable recommendations for treatment and educational planning within a multidisciplinary team.

The role is full-time, with in-person and Telehealth delivery, and requires a doctorate in psychology plus LP/PLP licensure and 2+ years’ experience, including child/adolescent evaluations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality psychological assessments that inform care and support long-term wellness. In this role, you’ll conduct integrated evaluations using norm-referenced testing and clinical interviews, then translate your findings into actionable, strength-based recommendations for both treatment and educational planning. This is an impactful opportunity to shape care for individuals across the lifespan while collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Full-time, benefit eligible position. 40 hours weekly. Candidate should have experience in psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children, teens, and young adults.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Doctorate degree in psychology required
• At least two (2) years’ experience preferred
• Experience in child/adolescent evaluations preferred
