Job summary

Compass Health Network in Rolla, MO seeks an Assessment Psychologist to lead psychological assessments across the lifespan, using norm-referenced testing and clinical interviews. You’ll translate findings into actionable recommendations for treatment and educational planning within a multidisciplinary team.

The role is full-time, with in-person and Telehealth delivery, and requires a doctorate in psychology plus LP/PLP licensure and 2+ years’ experience, including child/adolescent evaluations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology required.
• At least two years’ experience preferred.
• Experience in child/adolescent evaluations preferred.
• LP or PLP licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations including testing, interpretation, and feedback.
• Prepare clear, strength-based reports with evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to inform care planning.
• Complete required documentation (including prior authorizations) accurately and on time.
• Maintain productivity expectations while upholding clinical quality standards.
• Supervise psychology interns or residents as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, training and performance improvement efforts.
